This policy explains what cover you have if a product develops a fault. It works alongside your statutory rights and never replaces them.
1. Your statutory rights come first
- European Union: a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery.
- United Kingdom: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days, and may claim repair, replacement or a refund for up to six years.
- Australia: consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss.
- United States and Canada: implied warranties under state, provincial and federal law apply where they cannot be excluded.
2. Manufacturer warranties
Where a product page states that a manufacturer warranty applies, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer on its own terms. We will help you make a claim.
3. Our superbliss cover
In addition, if a product develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of delivery, under normal use, we will repair, replace or refund it, at our choice and at no cost to you, subject to the exclusions below.
4. What is not covered
Normal wear and tear; accidental damage; misuse, neglect or failure to follow the instructions; unauthorised repairs or modifications; consumable parts such as batteries after their expected life; and cosmetic changes that do not affect function. These exclusions do not limit your statutory rights.
5. How to claim
Email info@superbliss.shop with your order number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. We will reply within 2 business days with next steps. We may ask you to return the item for inspection; we cover the cost of returning a faulty item.
